NOBEL ILAC Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S. has been founded in 1964 as a company for manufacturing, distributing and marketing ethical drugs. The headquarters of NOBEL ILAC are located in Istanbul where it is incorporated within ULKAR HOLDING A.S.

A sister company of NOBEL ILAC is NOBELFARMA Ilac Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S., which has modern and high technological facilities in Duzce where it contract manufactures finished medical products for NOBEL ILAC and other pharmaceutical companies. FARGEM San ve Tic A.S., situated in the same establishment and province, is the R & D institution, which targets studies for developing new, highly effective pharmaceuticals, continuously improving existing ones while following-up sector developments.
Another sister company within the same holding is ULKAR KIMYA Sanayii ve Ticaret A.S., which is active as the manufacturer of raw materials and micropellets for the international as well as the domestic market.

NOBEL ILAC, ever since its foundation, has renewed and improved its product line steadily whereby these developments have securely placed NOBEL ILAC among the leading pharmaceutical companies in Turkey.
A sales force of over 600 medical representatives throughout entire Turkey supports the promotion and marketing activities of NOBEL ILAC.

NOBEL ILAC not only markets its own products, but is also the licensee of notable foreign companies such as Altana (Germany), Alpharma-Dumex (Denmark), CromaPharma (Austria) Ethypharm (France), Mann & Schroder (Germany), Vitabiotics (England), and Nutrition For Life International (U.S.A).
